Meet Our Team

Ben Woods is a graduate from SUNY Buffalo where he earned a B.S. in Human Performance and Exercise Physiology while starting all four years as the punter for the division one football team.
In college, he was a top ten finalist for the Ray Guy National Collegiate Punting Award and signed as an undrafted free agent with the Cleveland Browns for minicamp as well as spring camp out of college. He also worked out privately with multiple NFL, CFL and UFL teams.
Woods has trained and studied under Louie Simmons, at Westside Barbell as well as Buddy Morris, former NFL Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. He is a certified trainer, distributor and national consultant of Jump Stretch Bands and a specialist in advanced rehabilition of musculoskeletal injuries.
He has served as Director of Sports Performance at Thurman Thomas Sports Training as well as Absolute Performance Training and instructed courses in Nutrition and Human Performance at SUNY Buffalo prior to opening and operating STA Sports Performance.
Ben has extensive experience with a focus on NFL & CFL Players, MLB, NBA & US National Players, also including 5 Olympic Gold Medalists. In addition, he has had several articles featured on

Nick Pollinger is a graduate from Canisius College where he earned a degree in Athletic Training and a minor in Health and Human Performance. 
His previous work experience includes working as a Head Athletic Training Student for Canisius College, assisting in the supervision of Buffalo State College NCAA Division III sports, aiding certified athletic trainers in preventative sports medicine, autonomous clinical examinations and rehabilitation, and he worked as fitness consultant providing one-on-one training, evaluations, goal orientation and body composition measurements.
Along with education, Nick participated in Rugby through high school and college and was a two-time team captain.
Sports Performance Coach
Brad Bowen is a graduate of D'Youville College in the Exercise Science & Human Performance Program and in his final year to obtain a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Prior to that, he spent time at SUNY Albany where he played Division I football. In addition to schooling, Brad competes as a raw powerlifter in the 242 weight class and holds multiple New York State records. His lifts to date are 495lb squat, 408lb bench and 667lb dead lift.
Sports Performance Coach
Steven Warden is a 2016 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University where he earned a B.A. dual degree in Pre-Physical Therapy & Exercise Science with a minor in Biology. During his time at BWU he completed two separate professional internships; one with the Cleveland Clinic Sports Medicine Division as a physical therapy intern, and the other with T3 Performance as a strength coach intern. While at T3 Performance he gained experience coaching olympic lifting, strength training, speed/acceleration training, and multi directional work, to professional athletes from various sports as well as NCAA Division I, II, & III athletes. Steven is currently attending Buffalo State College pursing a second degree in Dietetics & Nutrition. While at Buffalo State he has served as a strength coach intern working with the NCAA Division III Football, Ice Hockey, Lacrosse, and Swimming teams. During his college career he was also a member of the Baldwin Wallace Division III Men's Soccer team in 2012-2013. In high school he was a four year varsity starter in both ice hockey and soccer, as well as a two-time captain for each team. He was a two-time New York State runner up in ice hockey, and earned an All Western New York honor for soccer.
